On Saturday, November 28 (16:00–18:00), The Sake Council Tokyo presents “Sake Fusion”: a tasting of five sakes that take on aromatic character from wine barrels. Enjoy them side by side with food pairings, and hear from a representative of our guest sake shop, Shusho Yamada Co., Ltd., who will guide you through each bottle. 🍶
